Before you come
Do I need an appointment for emergency?
No. The emergency department sees patients on arrival, at any hour, and treats the most serious cases first.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your CNIC, any earlier prescriptions, test reports and scans, and a list of medicines you take.
How do I get my lab reports?
Collect them from the lab counter with your receipt. Most routine test reports are ready the same day.
What are the visiting hours for admitted patients?
Visitors are welcome in the wards during set hours each day. One attendant may stay with the patient. ICU visits are limited and need staff approval.
How can I pay?
Pay at the cash counter by cash or card. Ask the billing desk about panel and insurance cover before admission.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes. Call reception as early as you can so the slot can be given to another patient.
